What a nightmare this place has been and getting worse. Does it take a whole year to fix something that is really serious' It did in my apartment. The manager is a complete joke. He DOES try to talk over you and he THINKS he knows everything. Once when I called to enter a maintenance request, he acutally YELLED at me as if it was MY fault that he couldn't get anyone to come out and show up to make repairs.
Not that there is anything wrong with --------American people but some of these listed next should not live here, they should be in a public housing project. There are some nice --------American people here.
Do you like lots of people with loud talking and booming and thumping by your apartment at all hours' You will love it hear then. Do you like alot of ebonics outside your apartment and 300lb people stomping up and down the stairs like they have no respect for other people' Move here.
Want to wait forever to get something fixed'
Move here. Want to see a swimming pool that is so nasty you wouldn't put your dog in it'
Move here. Like seeing someone else's trash thrown out beside YOUR car' Move here. Like a hard property entrance to get in and out of' Move here, and make sure your car insurance is paid in full and you have side air bags. Do you like hearing kids running up and down the hall of your neighbors apartment at all hours' Then move here. Want to move into a place that your wife can't walk around without you with her' Yes, you will definitely love it here. Do you like seeing three maintenance men change a mailbox lock'
Then this is the place for you. Do you like a group of people hanging outside your apartment and around your car' Come on, move on in here, I'm sure they have a few vacants by now. And just look at the buildings. You can easily see the stucco is bucking from the outside. You know there is water in the walls already and the place is doomed. If
you need to go to the store late at night' You will see at least 3 police cars from 3 different police agencies in the neighborhood surrounding this place. That should tell you what this part of town is like after dark. I could go on and on, but it is getting redundant. I have given you enough reasons NOT to want to live here.
The golf course is pretty, but do not go out there. They have a rent-a-cop that will run you off and tell you NOT to be out there from sun-up, to sun-down. TRY to find a LIT-UP place to park IF you can, there is lots of lights out.
There are lots of nice people here, all races. But the nice ones won't be here long due to the bad ones. You be the judge yourself, but I would run, run, run, if I were you!
