this place is a joke of a place to call a "home" the neighbors there are loud and music blaring all hours of day and night. and MANAGMENT rofl thats a joke

i lived there for over a year and regreted the whole 12 months of it

i had moldy carpet and ceilings and walls when i moved in the bathrooms was nasty with black what appeared to be caulk after speaking to the MANAGER several times about the water leaks and a/c leaks i was assured that it would be taken care of...lol boy was that a lie among alots more lies that i was told and also i read where wooklake now cypres point had written a letter about some of the same things going on there that was going on at augustine club mostly LAWSUITS and being suied over mold and mildew problems both these properties need to be bulldozed and leveled

i have heard that the owners dosent know what all isent getting done on these 2 of 3 properties that they own so before i even thought about moving in eithier one of these places i think i would invesgigate futhier...guess one thing is self explainitory and thats why they are running ads in the newspsper for managers,leasing.maintenance and so on...lol
