I am a current resident of Augustine Club Apartments and this is my catch on it.

- Pest Control
As far as BUG problems, I have not noticed one here. That is very important to me and thankfully there have been no occurences in my apartment, but I also keep the apartment very clean, so the BUG issue could be different under dirtier circumstances.

- Maintenance
The maintenance personal here seem to be pretty prompt. Almost every time I have called for something, I have had someone come that day or the next. There has only been 1 instance where I have called and knowone has shown up.

- Office
The office staff here is alright.
One trend is that it seems like people come and go quit frequent. There are the few that are stationary, but for the most part, there's someone new everytime you go in the office. That makes it hard to talk to them because before you know it they've quit and someone has come it to replace them.

- Management
Like with the office staff, I couldn't even tell you who the management company here is. I think it has changes at least 2 or 3 times in the past year, which looks very unprofessional and unstable.

- Apartment
The apartment itself is not bad. For the area of town and the square feet of space, I think it is very reasonably priced. Of course this isn't the best part of town, but it's not the worst either. OI mean, have you been on Tennessee ' This area is an improvement. The walk in closets are huge, which is very nice, although it's somewhat of a trade off considering there are no other closets inside the apt. for storage....

-Neighbors
Most of the people that live here are very friendly. Although some are loud at times.
In the past year that I have lived here, it does seem to be looking a little more run-down than before, but maybe it was run-down looking before and I just didn't notice. The trash at the dumpster is also not always picked up making the community look and smell horrible. That is a must fix if you ask me.

Overall
Look at a model apartment, try to meet some neighbors, and ask the right questions before moving in.
Don't settle.......
