Still waiting for repairs on unit from Hurricane Jeanne - in Sept. 2005!

Someone spilled some sort of grease down all the steps on a stariway in one of the buildings, so it's unsightly, and a little slippery. That was 3 months ago, and (mis)manmagement still hasn't cleaned up the mess.

Got my rent in a few hours late one recent month, because I was out of town working. New manager cut me no slack, still got slapped with a late fee. Recently the late fee got raised to $100! What's next' If you're late a month, will they send a guy named Vinny over to break your knee'

A neighbor had a pipe burst; it flooded the living room and created a waterfall off his third-floor porch, because the fire dept. couldn't get it shut off inside his unit. Maintenance man said it was due to inferior piping that was put in all buildings when they were built.

Don't try to leave the complex at rush hour. Only one exit/entrance, and everyone is trying to get to their state offices off Tram Rd. So, you'll sit there for 10 minutes.

I could go on, but you should get the idea by now.
