I have lived here for a year and a half now. It was ok when I moved in, other than promises to fix things that have never been fixed. However, it has gotten much worse. The "whirlpool" tub didn't work for over 6 months and still doesn't work decently. Kids are constantly running around and screaming everywhere, people hang out on the stairs and in breezeways and in the parking lot. It is certainly not worth the money. In fact, my rent was raised on me without any notice, and after I was told it would remain the same for the coming year. I found out when the told me my rent had gone up 3 months earlier and I owed the difference retroactively, even though they had accepted my rent checks for 3 months without a word about an increase. Nothing gets fixed the first time and much of it never gets fixed, I think they wait until people give up. There have been numerous water problems, leaks, buildings having water turned off without notice, etc. You can find someplace better in town for the money !!!
