As a current resident of Augustine Club Apartment since June of 2002 I have nothing but problems.

After being in the apartment about two months the electricity in the two bathrooms, and the second bedrooms closet went out. It took the apartment complex over a week to even come look at the problem. And when the maintenance personnel came, they stated that a piece of the plug in the maser bathroom needed to be replaced and he would be right back. After two days of no return, I called the office and was told an electrician was coming out to look. The plug in the second bedroom on the switch had blown and the others were connected to it.

Then about a month later the roof began to leak. When the emergency after hours number was called, I was told to put a bucket there for now. It was reported to the manager the next day. The paint and stucko was pealing. After a month of having a leak, the roof was fix and the ceiling was repaired.

Then another month later the porch is cracked and is sinking in. It was reported to the complex over a month ago, and last week someone came to look at it. The construction personnel stated that the pole and concreate needs to be replaced.
