I don't understand the prior negative reviews, maybe they were written by people who lived there before the management changed to Capreit when I moved in. I lived in Augustine Club Apartments for two years and I loved it. It was by far the best rental I have lived in. The only reason I moved was because I got married and needed to move into a bigger place. The staff is professional, organized, friendly and helpful. The apartments themselves are very nice (my apartment had a fireplace and a walk-in closet) and the landscaping is well kept. It is located off of one of the most beautiful public golf courses in the country (I believe it has even won awards). Maintenance was always prompt and friendly. They fixed all of my problems very quickly, many times the same day. The only complaint I had about living there was that my neighbor was noisy but that was not the complex's fault. I would recommend Augustine Club Apartments to anyone. I had a wonderful two years living there.
