Pretty good overall, but......

This was a nice property, overall. The apartment has a nice setup; however, I believe the vaulted ceilings that are in the top floor apartments were partly to blame for the outrageous utility bills (average bill per month - 160). Maintenance was quick to respond to any problems, and the staff verified that problems were corrected when presented. The fitness room is ok...nothing special there.
