Azalea Place is very overated. The maintance takes about a month or more. The leasing office manager and agents change every couple of months. Don?t take their word for anything, get every thing in writing. I am in the process of a law suit because of it(and I even got it in writing). Don?t try and call to take care of business because they won?t call you back. Always go in hte office and take a tape recorder if you can.
