Azalea Place is very overated. The maintance takes about a month or more. The leasing office manager and agents change every couple of months. Dont take their word for anything, get every thing in writing. I am in the process of a law suit because of it(and I even got it in writing). Dont try and call to take care of business because they wont call you back. Always go in hte office and take a tape recorder if you can.
