Terrible, Fake Property Manager

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The manager presents as friendly but is mean and spiteful- promises are not kept or revamped as miscommunications. Money-obsessed not service. Things appear to never be replaced, justs parts added and added as things repeatedly break down. Insects/pests yet denial about this when one complains. Mysterious fees appear. Do not rent here if you want a nice apt with fair, amiable service.
