Great Staff, but not many extra's

Great place to live if you want quiet (we are in the back). Staff has been excellent, fix my requests same or next day and call to confirm it is working properly. Atmosphere is laid back, never met many of the neighbors. No tennis, basketball courts, the fitness room is a joke. I would rate it a 8 or 9 (but I give it a 6.5) if it had decent fitness facilities and a tennis/basketball court. Kinda expensive with no frills.
