Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Management changes frequently, but that doesn't seem to interfere with service. Maintenance staff is wonderful! Maintenance requests promptly responded to. There are some minor annoyances, as there are with any place, but no 'deal breakers'. I'll be renewing here! :)
