I was thrilled with my experience at Azalea Place -- the cost per square foot was decent, the floor plans have a really smart use of space, and the management were always responsive and polite. I had one neighbor who liked to blare his music in his car as he drove up, but overall it's a quiet complex. It's very pet friendly, and I LOVED that they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for painting my apartment -- I painted every room and on moving out, did one primer coat that may or may not have done the job, but I wasn't charged anything upon moveout for repairs. I had a few issues with maintenance but they were addressed the same day, and they weren't even serious issues (a frog crawled into the drain pipe for my ac and clogged it up). Overall, this is a great community for young professionals!
