They come off very nice and professional, but it's just a ploy to get you to sign a contract. trust me, as soon as you sign the teeth come out any time you need something, which is often because the property is Not maintained. I heard through the grapevine that there are some serious drug issues in management as well, and you might be surprised who it is. They are extremely rude and sarcastic and simply uncaring to any issues you have. the only thing they care about is your rent every month. I lived there for less than a year, and left as soon as my contract expired.

wow, I could NOT disagree more -- every time I ever needed anything, no matter how trivial, the office staff were always quick to help out. Everyone from the property manager to the guys that maintained the grounds were always friendly and polite.

I have to disagree [with original reviewer]. I've had five-six maintenance requests most of which were, frankly, minimal if not trivial. They were all taken care of the next a.m. Anytime I've ever called the office they've always been professional and polite. I'd give them a four out of five.

I am not sure what the original poster is talking about. I have lived here for over a year and have not experienced any problems. The staff are always nice and help out with whatever you need. I am going to renew again when my lease is up.
