Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
They don't rent to full time students because they are a income based community! to me its better that way, it gives alot of people who don't have all the $$ or mom and dad paying for your living.
Its a great place for 1st time rentors and low-income families! The staff is great and never had a problem getting anything fixed!
