This property was "ok" at best. Here are a few of my complaints:
1. They are income restricted - you can not make more than 27,000 a year, yet the ret cost for a 2/2 are 750.00...this does not add up.
2. Management is poor. If anything needs to be done, you will have to do it yourself.
3. Management is rude.
4. Request for maintinance and repairs will take 2 weeks minimum.
5. It is infested with spider webs. If you ask for fumigation the management will laugh.
6. Noisy neighbors.
7. The "security gate" is alwyas broken.
8. The kids play in the parking lot 24/7. They have scratched my truck on 3 seperate occasions.
