There's nothing great and nothing terrible about Arrow Point (Bainbridge Club). I lived there for about a year and had basic issues. It's a "gated" community, but the gates never work and there are people that will pull off to the side and wait for someone to open the gate to get in. The interior of the apartments are actually nice. Fairly modern with a bit of shoddy construction. Maintenance was a tad slow to respond, but friendly. It is limited income living so if you and your roommates make over $29,000 (last time I checked) don't count on living here. I guess my main complaint was my neighbors and the other tenants. They were rude for no reason, loud, and pretty much disrespectful. I work the closing shift at a bar and would come home every night at 3 am to a group of 12 people drinking and smoking weed at the bottom of the steps... which is annoying. Not to mention they always asked me for cigarettes and if I could spare them some money. During the day, kids run amuck and unsupervised. I guess in retrospect, it really didn't feel like a safe place but wasn't that bad either. Like I said; it's just an average place to live. I didn't recommend living here because I don't think other people would like it, though I would consider it again (close to my work).
