These apartments are not that bad for what they are charging. I love the fact that when we moved in here the place was clean and had fresh paint and carpeting. The only thing i am really unhappy with is the loud and rude neighbors and the number of times the cops are called. Also the fact that the floors are dipping in. This isn't really bugging me due to the fact that im only paying so little for a nice place. Also the fact that in the summer time forget having extra money. Your electric bills will be high. Also another thing i hate is the fact that sometimes my neighbors party till 4 in the morning! Has amazing pool and is a gated community even though half the time the gates are "broken". Staff are nice but the management is slow. But over all pretty good apartments for the price.
