Management here is lousy. They never take care of major problems that go on here. One example is not too long ago they sent out a flyer telling people of a new $50 fee for trash outside of your apt. well there is still an abundance of trash and no fees assesed. There were a string of break ins last year and if it wasnt for a couple neighbors telling other residence, many would have never known, mgmt did nothing to inform tennats of this or other problems. If you do have a problem, it is hard to have it resolved partially because they seem to change managers and staff every month or two. I wouldn't reccomened it to anyone
