Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Benchmark West wasn't the greatest, but it was okay. The neighbors are a bit questionable and maintainence is slow to respond to things like glass in the parking lot. Back when rent was little more reasonable it wasn't a bad deal because you were getting some utilities(incl basic cable) paid for. Now its not as good of a value
However no major complaints, no pest infestations, management is so-so
