This apartment has to be the worst apartment i have ever lived in. First of all the grounds have dog poo all over them, people let their dogs go any where they want without a leash. The office is always closed and no one answers the phone when you call. There is no maintenance and if there should be an emergency over the weekend you would be SOL! Management doesn't care about anything and people do pretty much do whatever they want to. Cars were vandalized in the parking lot and nothing was done. As for the inside of the apartments there is mold in the bathrooms and kitchen, cabinets don't stick and you can see underneath the front door,the refridgerator cuts off and defrosts itself, so that I have to put a bowl in the fridge to catch the water,so keeping milk in my fridge is out of the question and the walls are paper thin. All of these problems have been reported but again since theres no maintenance you pretty much have to try and fix it yourself.In my opinion these apartments should be torn down they are so old and they have not been maintained or kept up at all, dont let the price fool you its not worth it. Also stay away from Boothe Properties and IPAD Management which are the same company because they are the worst apartment management company in Tallahasse and they manage this particular complex. So renters BEWARE!!!!!!!
