Berkshire is older, but still a great place to live. You never have to worry about parking, it is close to campus (tcc and fsu) and the staff is friendly. We had a 2 bedroom 1 & 1/2 bath and loved it. Rent is cheap and the apartments are big (ours was 1150 sq feet). The 2 things I didn't like were my downstairs neighbor and the fact that they don't allow pets.
