The maintenance Sucks!!!!!

I have lived here for 3 going on 4 years. I love the space that the apartment has, I love my apartment. But, it??s so hard to get things fixed! You have to literally threaten them with legal suits for them to get things fixed! And, the water, it??s always something wrong with the pipes they always have to shut the water off so that they can fix the piping. Also, the wiring in the old buildings is shot! Either on side of the works or it??s the other side and the phone lines almost always have static in the lines!And they have the nerve to go up on rent each month!'! I would only suggest moving there if you are not home a lot and need the space!
