I have lived at Berkshire for a few years, so I know the ins and outs of what it is like to live here. The apartments are spacial- yes. As that might be tempting at first sight, DON'T let the fool you. The management just changed this year- and I can sum up the property manager in one word- incompetent. However, she deserves more than one word. She can also be described as reud, not willing to assist you, unpleasant, never answers her calls, always stands out side smoking so unavailable in office. Maintanence is the same as well. You have to threaten them with legal matters to get them to fix anything. Example, they left holes in my walls and ceilings (some leading to outside) for three months. So my air condition would work and my apartment got infested with bugs. And the apartment manager simply ignored numerous calls and letters. Also, it is noisy and can often hear gun shots in neighborhood. To keep it short- don't make the mistake of signing a lease here!!!!!!!!!
