I think Berkshire is just fine. The management has changed and they have their guys come to my place as soon as I get off the phone with them when I have a problem. Which I hardly have any problems anyway because they made sure my place was in the best condition possible before I moved in. They are renovating a lot of their apts. and are very very kind to all their customers. They are pet friendly and the neighbors are kind to eachother. There is no noise and I feel safe there. The parking is amazing because their are no decals needed and no visitor spots. My friends and I never have any problems parking close to my place. You can have grills out front on your porch and grill when you want. They do have a pool, it is a little small, but it's there and it also has a tennis court. It is extremely SPACIOUS and included in the monthly rent is water, sewage, pest control and a washer and dryer. It also has a dishwasher. It is cute, cozy and I call it my home. Anyone would be ignorant to not at least check this place out.
