I have been living here the past year and I've found it to be everything I expected -- HUGE living space with washer/dryer in unit, a good location for FSU, friendly management and nice neighbors. Stephanie the manager is WONDERFUL -- she makes it a priority to address any issues I have, and she even remembers my dog's name. The maintenance keep the grounds clean and the pool water crystal clear. Whenever I have friends over, they're able to find parking without a problem. I've renewed my lease for 2008-09, so I guess that speaks for itself.

I was really considering Berkshire Manor, but this ad is pretty obviously fake. I'll never move into an apartment complex that tries to post false advertising or tries to decieve the public.

I went to go tour Berkshire Manor today. I had called in on Wednesday and they said they only did walk ins and the hours were from 10-5 on Saturdays. I came by around 2pm and the office was locked with a note on it saying they'd be back at 7:30.....wtf? The layouts look nice and so does the outside of the building and it is a great location. I wish somebody was actually in there when I stopped by.

Please stop into Berkshire Manor anytime you can as we are open 7 days a week and I will be glad to give you a tour. We are also pre-leasing right now for the fall term! Come see our huge floorplans!
