boardwalk is a real disappointment. To get them to to fix somethinh takes about four to five phone calls. hardly no one renewed leases because they are so horrible. We were promised so many things, and never got any of them. the gate didn't work for the whole year. i don't know what those security people were there for because they had no guns, and if anything happened, they would just call the police..(you can do that yourself)there is only one garbage compactor that stayed full...the apartments were only half occupied, so imagine what it would be like next year when it is full. they are just overall horrible...better off at campus lodge, they are great and i have no complaints...i would have stayed there if i had known about boardwalk
