I know Boardwalk looks very very nice when you see it b/c i loved everything about it, however, I am on the first floor so when people are walking by my windows they might as well be in my room. The walls are soooo thin I could hear the guy above me peeing EVERYTIME!! You can almost clearly hear everything anyone says through the walls. The parking is unbelieveable... I try to be home before 8pm b/c if i'm not I'll have to park more towards the front of the complex and walk rather far to my place. So that SUCKS too...
