If anyone reads this... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE listen to what its worth. Don't move in here. Don't even talk to them. They lie about their amenities and they treat the residents like crap. The gate hasnt been working the entire year and cars (including mine) have been broken into. My car radio and CD's were stolen. They also broke my passenger side window which cost me over 400 dollars to fix. Boardwalk claimed to take no responsibility even though they are suppose to have security, working security gates, and working camera's. Parking is ridiculous. Most nights you have to park 6 buildings away. They have 9 visitor parking spaces for 1000 residents. They used to let visitors park in the club house parking lot, but soon got rid of that because the staff got irritated about not having their own parking space in the morning. The walls are PAPER THIN! You can hear people's conversations word for word in the next room! You cant even go to the bathroom without the whole apartment complex hearing. They say electric and water are free, but we get charged an overage every month! When we first moved in, the apartment wasnt even finished. We were missing furniture, the walls were not painted, the water smelled and was contaminated, and the floors were covered in mud. Please... please... please what ever you do... just dont move in. Its not worth it.
