I just moved out of Boardwalk. My roomates and I spent several days cleaning the apartment. None of us painted the was or spent anytime in the common area. When I left my room it looked better than it did when I moved in! When I checked out of my apartment they denined me a check out walk through review and wouldnot schedule it within the following two weeks. To my suprise, they found 800 dollars of damage in my room. There is no paper trail for either one of us to follow. And now it my word against thiers. If ANYONE has the same complaints please post them. Atleast this will serve as a behavior pattern. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
