When my roomates and I moved in, our apartment was dirty, half the stuff broken, and urine all in my carpet. We had an ant problem from the time we got there that they would never do anything about (we had to throw away half our food and eventually our dinning room table became our pantry to avoid the ants)People at the front desk are rude and don't want to help you with anything. Many, many other terrible expierences later, we moved out. We left our apartment 100 times cleaner and in much better shape than when we moved in and they still wanted to charge us for painting and cleaning (complete -------- charges). Overall, no one knows what they are doing and the rent is way to much for what you actually have to put up with. Its a common misconception that you are going to have to deal with that kind of stuff anywhere you go. I would highly suggest going somewhere else. The apartment complex my roomates and I are in now rocks!
