DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! It is a total crock. It is claimed that the utilities, cable, and high speed internet are all included in your rent but EVERY SINGLE MONTH my roommates and I have gone over rent atleast $25 each( and everyone that I know that also live in boardwalk) on top of what is included in the rent. We kept our air off as much as possible which all together had to be about 3 months and conserved electricity like we were amish and still overages. HORRIBLE management. Totally in it for the money. It takes numerous amount of phone calls to get maintenance to come fix something and there is never any parking. Towing here is the worse. When I moved in, the apartment wasn't cleaned and we were promised a sercurity survelliance system that was never installed. The gate never works. Walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors are doing. I never had to set my alarm b/c my neighbor did and hers woke me up everymorning. I can't say enough bad things about this place. Just RUN!!!
