I've lived at Boardwalk for a year. The maintanence is great! If you call that morning they will be out to fix the problem by that afternoon. It can be loud at times, but it is a student complex so that is to be expected. Parking anywhere in Tallahassee is bad, I would rather not have tons of visitor parking because it brings in more people that don't live here. I have visited other apartments that have lots of visitors and all those places have lots of trash and too many parties. Overall my experience at Boardwalk has been good! Knowing what I know now, I would definately still have signed my lease here!
