I've only been here for a year, and when I was moving in alot of my friends were like oooh Boardwalk sucks! There were lots of complaints about the grounds people and the management. but, I took a shot at it anyway because I was moving in with a friend, and it's been pretty good.
The maintenance staff is actually very kind, and I know a couple of the guys pretty well now lol. The only major downside to this complex would have to be the insulation. I can hear almost everyword the people say in the apartment next to us, and if you live on the bottom or middle floors, it sounds lke Godzilla is running around in the apartment above you.
plus, the overages suck, but that's life. My roomates and I managed to keep them low, however, by just being more efficeint in our use of electricity. So I hope this adds a little more positivity to Boardwalk's aura lol.
