This apartment is not that bad.
1.If you live on the 3rd floor you're golden, you might have a little higher overages a month becuz the sun goes right on your roof, but you dont get bugs unless your a slob, and you dont here anyone, but your neighbors.
2. I live on the corner in bedroom D, i suggest to everyone who wants to live here to get that room even if your not in the corner of a building, you do not share a wall with anyone but the kitchen, which can sometimes be loud and you can feel the vibrations from the dishwasher and washer.
3.The noise level kind of sucks, but that's how it is everywhere, you can literally here the exact words of the person in the next room and your neighbors.
4. I honestly don't know which is louder, the dishwasher, the dryer, the washer, the microwave, or the showers' trust me it's annoying
5. When i first moved in here, one of the girls left in a hurry and i was left along with 2 other roomates with a Escort, which is a professional way of saying prostitute, so needless to say men were going in and out the night having sex, and were sitting on the couch in the living room all hours blaring the t.v so make sure, you keep on the management's ass if you want something done, also pretend you're an ---- neat freak on your roomate mating sheet or you will be screwed.
6. You will here the person in the next room having sex, that's a given
7.The maintance is pretty cool actually and they WILL come and get stuff done if you TALK to them, it's NOT their fault the idiots in the front office are retarded.
8. Oh yeah the people in the front office cant read or write.. or do anything for that matter..so talk to the manager
9.The visitor parking has gotten much better and is not that bad now
10. If people underneath you complain about noise tell them to **** off and they are stupid for not living on the 3rd floor
11. The gym and tanning beds SUCK.. so dont even bother.. its only open till 11:30 anyways.. it WAS suppost to be 24 hours
12.If you have a problem dont suck it up.. go down to the office and complain about it 24/7, or nothing will get done
13. Become friends with your neighbors!!


ITS REALLY NOT THAT BAD.. BUT SOME THINGS DO SUCK, BUT THAT'S STUDENT LIVING RIGHT'

No, it's not student living. Everyone assumes that this is the best you can live in as a student, but that's not the case. There are much nicer apartments for students in Tallahassee with adequate parking, INSULATED walls, and better roommate matching. It should never be expected that you will hear you're roommates all hours of the night through the wall.
