This is my second year living here last year i didn't have any issues except i lived in bedroom a on the 1st floor and bugs would get in my room all the time i lived with friends though it didnt work out so i switched apartments and now live on the 3rd floor with another friend much better but.....

when i switched and came to move in the apartment was DISGUSTING, the people who lived here before left everything
food, dishes, cleaning supplies it was ridiculous the management were nice about it at first

they matched my friends and i up with a psycho literally psycho

they are now under new management AGAIN

they take forever to get things done because most of the people are new in the front and are rude as anything and dont know what they are doing the staff last year was MUCH better

the staff themselves are SOOO RUDE

my mail gets lost all the time...im still waiting for 3 birthday cards from may 2006

half the time if you get a package through the mail its more of a hassle to get it than you would think

visitor parking has gotten better but they should have just made the rest of the row visitor

i live in btwn my roomate and my neighbors room i hear EVERYTHING

furniture falls apart!

2 cars in 3 months have gotten their back windows bashed in

apparently a girl got mugged in the parking lot facing west 10

the outside is nice but at times can look disgusting

parking at certain times SUCKS

and basically most of the staff are the dumbest rudest people you will ever meet there are like 3 or 4 nice ones
