What a mistake this was. Kids running the office(the inmates are running the asylum), they are unable to provide quick answers, the office is not open at the times posted and best of all...drum roll please... THEY TOW CARS OUT OF THERE LIKE THE KIDS DRINK BEER, one after another, all night long. I witnessed it. Absolutely absurd they way the cars are treated. Jamming a slim jim into the car door, whipping it up and down and then towing these cars out at $118.00 plus per tow. Are they kidding or what'''' These kids don't have that kind of money. Oh my bad, Professional Parking Services (that name is a joke in itself) knows the parents will pay. Of course everyone in the complex believes that the complex owns the towing company, but the complex swears they don't. Total bull ----. There is no way they would be towing that many vehicles out of there per night if they weren't getting something in return. You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool me!

If you are wondering about the parking. I counted the guest parking spots. There are fourteen (14) that I found. Yes, that's right, 14 guest spots. It's a racquet....organized crime at it's best.

Needless to say, anyone who reads this should avoid the Boardwalk at Appleyard like the PLAGUE! Belive me, you'll be much happier somewhere else.

My daughter lives there, she complains it is nothing but a party complex, kids yelling all night, even at 5 am. It is awful. I visited over one weekend, and there are only 14 visitor parking spots. I got a flyer this week saying sign now for next year and keep the same great rate, my daughter would rather live in her car!! Not sure where she will live next year, but definately not at Boardwalk. I am going to pass on the great deal...

Uh, you don't work in the office do you? Save your -------- for someone you are trying to recruit. I pay the rent at this ridiculously run place and know first hand what does and doesn't go on. The inmates DO RUN the asylum. Period.

"You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool me!" You've have been fooled. Boardwalk does NOT own Professional Parking Services. If you do your research you will discover that PPS tows several other properties in Tallahassee as well as Florida State's campus. They are a contracted company, you will see their signs all over Leon county. Do your research.
