I am a mother that recommended this place to my son. What was I thinking. The quality of this place does not live up to their claim. It is continuing to slipped into an even poorer environment. They claim to match people that are like minded - not so. My child was placed with a nice group of students. They moved out and then aseedy group of people moved in. Then once you are in - if you do not get along with your roommates you have to pay $200.00 to even be considered for another apartment. How ridiculous for a student. He did this only to find out that the list of other apartments Broadwalk gave him wasn't even up to date - they were all occupied. What really made me blow up, don't expect to get your mail delievered much less delivered on time. I had several important packages overnighted to my son (legal documents that should have only taken 1-2 days) and it took weeks to get them because their mail carrier took them with her on her weekend trip out of town. It looks great on the outside, but this is not were you want to be unless you want constant headaches. Office staff is unpleasant and does not show a willingness to assist you in anyway. Customer Services training along with a complete overhaul wouldn't be a bad idea.
