Leasing Here a BIG Mistake

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
While the overall look of the complex is nice initially, living here for 2 years has been a nightmare. The apartments are poorly maintained. It takes forever to get someone out to fix items. Parking is impossible and my car was damaged while parked several times. The management keeps all deposits regardless of any damage to the apartment.When we contacted Boardwalk's management company (Great Southern Investments and Asset Management)it took 8 months to get them to tell us we wouldn't be getting any of the deposit back. Living in the dorms would be a big improvement to living here.
