This is a horrible place to live! Boardwalk is a complete lie, the only thing positive are the Saturday pool parties on Saturdays during the summer, which has more residents from other communities than from it's own. It's always loud, whether is it your neighbors or the fighting and yelling of drunken people, it's always hard to sleep.
The trash is always overflowing in their ONE dumpster and there is constantly trash on the grounds. The worst part is the office staff! The people at the front desk are the most ignorant and uneducated poeple I have ever met in my life. They know nothing and don't make an effort to find the answers to your questions. And when you ask for a manager to try and get some answers, they NEVER, and I mean NEVER happen to be there to help you. They are more concerned with trying to get new residents than keeping their current ones happy.
I would stay away from this place as much as you can. People stay because of the fact that they don't want to move or are just too lazy to find another place. And plus, West 10, which is right next door, is actually cheaper now than Boardwalk since they are charging 560 for new leasing people, and West 10 is much much nicer.
