Where do i begin' Within the first month of living in boardwalk, the office mistakingly gave out my apartment key to 4 OTHER PEOPLE and 4 guys walked in thinking it was their apartment after all 4 of us girls had already moved in. talk about safety.. then the leasing managers walked into my house about once a month to try to catch us with dogs when there was none. once i was just coming out of the shower and they were standing in my living room. talk about privacy.. THEN i found out that my roomates were paying 475 a month while i was being charged 560! they refused to lower it. and they say utl are included but we always had at least 20 bucks per person overages(and theres no way to check if its true)
The leasing people are amazing before you sign the lease, after that, they could care less about you. also very rude and disrespectful.
It was me and my 2 friends from highschool leaving one bedroom to be filled. They ended up matching us with a girl who went thru our mail and stole from us. Our lease isnt up till august but we have all moved out 2 months early.
constant broken beer bottles outside, cigg buds and guys pissing off the 3rd story balcony..and recently there has been robberies all over the complex (mainly because the maintinance people have master keyes) DO NOT be fooled by their recent "remodeling" ploy. they have repainted the outside but thats it. If you want to live peacefully do not move here. id say the only good part about boardwalk is their pool parties, and they are public so u dont need to live here to go to them

You can check your utilities online through talgov.com. The most we went over was 12 per person but everything else you're right about
