If you are on subsidy it is not so great. I was pregnant and because I told J that I was married, she tried to raise my rent from 105 to 495. To make a long story short, they claimed that they did things in decency and in order, but they did not. There was no 30 day notice, and when Goodwill came to pick up my furniture they would not even let them in. At first, it was a very nice place to be subsidized until my air conditioner broke and I started to have problems with the lights and pest control. Can u imagine being 7 months pregnant in the middle of summer w/o air conditioning for the whole weekend? It was absolute torture, and they did not fix anything until the following Monday. So, if you are the type of girl who just likes to pop out babies and lay up with your boyfriend, that's fine, but if you are trying to make something of yourself this is not the place for you. Just the lazy environment will bring you down.
