i don?t live here, but my boyfriend does and there are quite a few things that i am not impressed with.......

*parking is awful, because of visitor?s spots

*the excessive partying is very loud

*there are power outages in the middle of the night and i have been late to class and work quite a few times



other than that, the property is very nice.
