Moving out! Campus Lodge is not the same!

I have been living in Campus Lodge for three years, at first the place was beautiful, then when the management changed the place has gone downhill. The security guards are horrible, they let anyone in. The place needs to be cleaned up, all of the grass is dying. Your visitor cannot come over because there is nowhere to park. Also they say thet the rent will go down if you renew your lease, it does not by far. Speaking of far, the place is miles away from society. Yes this place is good for privacy and is convienent.
