Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
They almost evicted me, without notice, because I ran over on my utilities $2, and even though i have been living hundreds of miles away, they won't take the common courtesy to call me and let me know. I am not living there over the summer because the place is horrible, but not subleasing because of the insane costs involved, and THEY DO NOT HELP YOU SUBLEASE, unlike every other apt complex in tally. the security problems are insane, management and maintenance randomly walk into our apartment without notice, and its absolutely the worst place to live in tallahassee.
