All I need to say is don't ever think about living in a place like this ever! It was a horrible experience. The management don't respect you, they treat you like a child, unresponsible college student... it was horrible.
The apartments are not in good condition. The structure is weak, and the insulation is not appropriate. It is not structurally efficient. You can feel the vibration of the parties up or downstairs. There is no enforcement of the rules estipulated in the contract (i.e. make sure that no one make noise or have parties after certain hours), but if someone fail to pay rent or utilities, I bet 100% that they will go after you to claim the money.
The appearance of the place is not good either. The only decent areas are the pool area and the leasing office (of course, they want to show the future residents a wrong and false image). Why they don't show a real apartment when somebody go to the leasing office for the first time to sign a lease''''' They only show everybpdy a model, which is not even close to the real thing.
