when we moved in.. it was FILTHY! took the entire day to partially clean up the filth. things were/are broken (small things), tiles missing, random things just not working. after getting past that, everything started going smoothly. maintenance was great, usually here the same day or next day. people up front are sometimes nice sometimes rude, depending on who u speak to. they're usually doing other things though, hardly working. every month is a utility "overage".. starts getting expensive. i signed a lease early so i got a good deal on rent, but i'd still say it's over priced. they gym basically sucks. all the cardio machines are broken, soon to be broken and the stuff in the weight room has a lot of stuff wrong with it. the pool has been closed for weeks now, it's empty. kinda takes the fun outta having the "largest pool in tally" ..honestly though, my room isnt terrible, the rest of the apartment isn't bad either, but i guess the main thing is the violence/parties/car horns (for whatever reason, i dont know why they lay on the horn). oh yah, we also have silver fish. the "pest control" has sprayed about 4 times and we still have them. ive never seen a roach here but that could be because we're on the 2nd floor. the patio is amazing especially because it's screened in and huge. they just sent out a letter saying that if your TV (that they provide you) is broken or you havent received one yet, you wont be getting it or wont be getting it fixed. they stopped providing those. i think they've been under "new managment" twice since ive moved in, but whatever. i guess that pretty much sums it up. i wont be renewing but that's also partly because of personal reasons but even so, i wouldnt renew, i'd rather go somewhere else, i dont think theyre worth it. honestly, u should probably just keep looking.

It is horrible and I know at least three people who's cars have been broken into in my section of the apartments.
