I signed a 12 month lease and have been living here now for about 3 months. Having the gym and the pool is nice, and I never ever have a problem with parking. The apartment itself is decently sized.
But. . .there are always utilities overages no matter what, it takes forever for maintenance to come take care of something and then they don't really fix it that well. My roommate's fan EXPLODED. I'm not exaggerating, she turned it on, it made a funny noise, then flames came out of it and then it stopped working. It took them two months to finally come out and look at it.
There are always cops here. Last night my other roommate was walking into our building when she saw about 4 cop cars pull up and then the cops ran into one of the buildings with their guns drawn. People here are loud, obnoxious, and rude.

Oh yeah the cops were bad when i was there, to this day my mom calls me and tell me when Campus Lodge is in the paper (it's never for a good thing) and she'll say "Arent you glad you don't live there anymore".

yea, except half the stuff in the gym is always broken, and the pool is always dirty and filled with broken bottles!
