This place has definitly gone to dumps. The noise level around here is rediculous!!! The walls here are extra thin! I live on the first floor, i can constantly and at all hours hear the people above running around their apartment, it sounds as though they are dropping weights on the floor!! Anyone can move into these apartments as long as you have money to give them, i got a DARE cop with his wife and baby living in my building, drug dealers, old creepy men who i swear are running some sort of prostitution rink! It is extremly unsafe, one of the girls in my building recently got raped, you hear gun shooting all the time! Blares of bass from apartments vibrate the entire apartment at times, parking is horrible and you better believe your car will get damaged around here. "Security" is the sh*ttiest ever! The residents side gate never works so you have to sit in your car and wait in the guest section. In the gym literally only about 30% of the equipment works, the pool is always filthy, you can find all sorts of things in there. Maintaince is horrible, hald the time the leasing department never turns in your maintance request, everything in the apartments are always breaking... in short don't lease here, its not worth it, and your far from campus (all campuses) compared to other complexes, traffic on old bainbridge is bad... take your money else where! or else your gonna be like me, typing and trying to warn others not to move in here! TRUST ME!! NO!!!

It is horrible and I know at least three people who's cars have been broken into in my section of the apartments.
