If you are considering renting an apartment at Campus Lodge please reconsider now! Do not make the mistake that I have made. Maintenance does not fix anything. It is one of the dirtiest complexes that I have stayed in. They don't pick up the trash. They have repeated tried to charge for things that I have already paid for. They don't care who they place you with and will not do anything to guarantee your safety. If you call the apartment complex sometimes the phone will just ring and ring and no one will answer. And if you leave a message they WILL NOT call you back. I could go on and on, but I'm afraid that I don't have enough space to cover the amount of b.s. that this apartment has put me through. It is certainly not worth the money. Everything is outdated and is guaranteed to fall apart as soon as you move in...and they know this. And the best part is, they won't fix any of it! Oh and the utility bill fluctuates for no apparent reason and they'll give you an answer that makes no sense. My base rent is $547 and my utility bill ranges from $20-$50, but of course they will not tell you this until after you sign your lease!
